Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SignalSniper Pro (the "Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Disclaimer, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and SignalSniper Pro ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use SignalSniper Pro, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Platform under any applicable law or regulation
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where the use of trading signal services is prohibited
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate

3. Account Registration and Security

When you create an account with us:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to any other person
• You must complete email and/or phone verification as required

We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

4. Description of Services

SignalSniper Pro provides the following services:

• Trading Signals: Automated buy/sell signal generation for various financial instruments including forex pairs, cryptocurrencies, commodities, and synthetic indices
• Market Analysis: Technical indicator calculations, support/resistance levels, and multi-timeframe analysis
• Demo Trading: Paper trading system with virtual funds for practice purposes
• Live Trading Integration: Connection to third-party brokers (Deriv, MT5 via MetaApi) for automated trade execution
• Educational Content: Tutorials, guides, and trading education materials
• AI Pair Scanner: Multi-market scanning for high-confidence trading opportunities
• Backtesting: Historical strategy performance analysis

ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THEY DO NOT CONSTITUTE FINANCIAL ADVICE, INVESTMENT RECOMMENDATIONS, OR SOLICITATIONS TO TRADE.

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 Subscription Plans

• We offer weekly ($37.99/week) and monthly ($99.99/month) subscription plans
• All new users receive a 7-day free trial period
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice to existing subscribers

5.2 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods supported by Stripe
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing period unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's servers or networks
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform (except through authorized integrations)
• Copy, distribute, or commercialize any signals, content, or data from the Platform
• Share your account credentials or allow multiple people to use a single account
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Platform
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Transmit any harmful code, malware, or destructive content
• Use the Platform to harass, threaten, or defame others
• Resell, redistribute, or republish trading signals or analysis
• Circumvent any security measures or access restrictions

7. Third-Party Broker Integration

When connecting third-party trading brokers:

• You are solely responsible for your broker account and all trades executed through it
• We are not responsible for broker downtime, execution delays, slippage, or technical failures
• Your relationship with your broker is governed by your broker's terms and conditions
• We do not guarantee trade execution accuracy, speed, or fill prices
• You acknowledge that automated trading involves additional risks
• You are responsible for ensuring your broker account has sufficient funds and meets margin requirements

SignalSniper Pro acts solely as an intermediary for signal transmission. We do not hold, manage, or have access to your broker funds.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Trading signals will be accurate, profitable, or timely
• Any specific trading results or profits will be achieved
• The Platform will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• Defects in the Platform will be corrected

IN NO EVENT SHALL SIGNALSNIPER PRO, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SignalSniper Pro, its owners, operators, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of third parties; (d) any trading losses you incur; or (e) your negligence or willful misconduct. This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of your account.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SignalSniper Pro, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, trading algorithms, signal generation methods, and user interface designs, are the exclusive property of SignalSniper Pro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to these Terms. This license does not include the right to resell or commercially exploit the Platform, collect user information, create derivative works, or use data mining tools.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Sharing account credentials or unauthorized access
• Excessive or abusive use of platform resources
• Any conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or the Platform

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from account suspension or termination.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through:

• Informal Resolution: You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting our support team
• Mediation: If informal resolution fails, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing other remedies
• Arbitration: Any unresolved dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
